Default Is this just anxiety?

For the last few days I've been really dizzy after eating food and anxiety has popped up. I have no idea why this is happening but it gets really bad. I'll get really dizzy and feel like I'm going to pass out which will last 10-20 minutes but my heart will still be raising. Any ideas what this could be? What's unusual is that it happened right after I drank some chamomile tea. I thought it would help with anxiety, not give it to me.

Just figured out an interesting fact that might explain it. For breakfast I had a dozen egg whites; protein has no effect on blood sugar levels. I than had two cups of chamomile teach which has been reported to lower blood sugar levels. I know my blood sugar stays around 80 when it's measured. It could be possible that I had hypoglycemia for 20 minutes or so because of the chamomile tea and then it corrected itself. Makes sense...

The best thing to do would be to see your family doctor.
I can guess this or that -- but it really doesn't matter because I could be wrong regardless.

Off topic, why the heck are you eating a dozen egg whites at one time?

That's all I have in the fridge to eat because I'm a college student.

I've been to the doctors and the ER enough to know that I'm perfectly healthy. CAT scans, MRIs, blood tests and all. I may have insurance but since I'm a college student with no job I can't really afford it still.
