Default The Mindfulness & Acceptance Workbook

I saw someone post this on another thread, so I'll just relay the same message. You can request a free workbook provided that you complete the study for their research:

It does look very interesting. I have been practicing mindfulness meditation which is supposed to be the basis for ACT. The only thing lacking with my practice so far is that it is very broad and hasn't really targeted my anxiety disorder. It has however taught me how to cope with my anxiety better. Its an ongoing process I think I am growing from day by day and I plan on practicing it for the rest of my life. I look forward to trying this stuff out.
