Default Just had my first session

It went pretty well. She just asked me alot of questions only to tell that they can't help me and that I have to go to a different place because Anxiety issues aren't covered there. I was alredy diagnosed with Avoidant Personality previously but then she said I also have Social Anxiety disorder (duh!). I kind of thought they were the same thing already. Hopefully this new place will help out.

She also said I'm very close to crossing the line for alcohol addicton because I drink 3-6 beers 2 times a week.

Good on you for going I hope that they referred you to an appropriate service...? Good luck with it. It's a big step.

Excellent you turned up and did it and as time goes on you will improve once they find an appropriate service and treatment for you. Always remember to be persistent with these people.
