Went to the doctor again after effexor not helping me at all, and he says he is going to set up some appointments with the counciler, whatever that is, I guess a therapist. I have no idea what to expect, or what to do, no clue in general how the whole thing happens.
Can these people perscribe medicine, say lorazapan? Cause I can handle the **** that is life most days but there are a couple a month that make me wanna just end it all for real, my mom would give me a lorazapan in these situations, and that really helped. This doctor im at now tho wont even think of giving them to me, when he was talking about them I told him how I knew it was only for once and a while not every day, and to only take them when I really need to, I dunno tho I guess he thinks Im a drug addict or something, trying to score some moderately recreational drugs.

if effexor doesnt help there are other types of antidepressants to try that may work

yes it can be hard to get benzos, ask doc to do a drug screen tst on you or find some other doc

you can ask on phone if doc prescribes benzos or not
