Default Done with my therapist

I've been seeing my therapist for a few months now, but he's not really helping me too much. I want to try a different therapist. How do you end your relationship with your first therapist, though?

Just be open about it and tell him that you want to see a new therapist. If he is professional, he would be glad to help you make the next step and refer you to a therapist who can help you.
