this is nichiren buddhism teaching.if u're not comfortable with other religions please avoid it.i just want to shared it with u guys that chanting help me feel more peaceful and relaxed.i think it'll help with my anxiety. |

You know I always wondered what that was from, I remember hearing it recited in a song from Dead Prez (hip-hop, very good stuff!)

My mum often repeats "Namo a di da phat" when she's stressed, it's still buddhist but I guess it's slightly different.
