If it was possible to avoid some kind of horrible deficiency, I would live off of only potatoes. They're that ****ing good. Mashed, fried, boiled, baked, roasted, I don't care. All of the above.

Baked potato, but one that's been cooked in a fire so that the outside is totally charred.

Potato chips. Sometimes mashed potatoes depending on how it's prepared.

I voted poutine, just because I'm surprised it made the list. I woulda gone with scalloped given the chance.

None of them are really very good for you blood sugar levels, weight, and mood, but I do kind of have a thing for tater tots and potato salad.

I hadn't heard of tater tots or poutine, and wasn't sure what hash browns were either, so had to look them up. They sound tasty! Of the ones in the list I know, I'd go for potato chips.

It seems appropriate that people living in the homeland of the potato should have so many ways to cook them!
