If it was possible to avoid some kind of horrible deficiency, I would live off of only potatoes. They're that ****ing good. Mashed, fried, boiled, baked, roasted, I don't care. All of the above.

Baked potato, but one that's been cooked in a fire so that the outside is totally charred.

Potato chips. Sometimes mashed potatoes depending on how it's prepared.

None of them are really very good for you blood sugar levels, weight, and mood, but I do kind of have a thing for tater tots and potato salad.

I hadn't heard of tater tots or poutine, and wasn't sure what hash browns were either, so had to look them up. They sound tasty! Of the ones in the list I know, I'd go for potato chips.
It seems appropriate that people living in the homeland of the potato should have so many ways to cook them! |
