1.5 years ago, I had an grad student instructor (25; I'm 20). I was quiet, hardworking and kind in class; got a good grade. However, about 8 months later, when we were walking in opposite directions she said to her friend, "Hey it's [my name]! I had a crush on him!" as we passed by. I got a little tense and kept my eyes straight ahead avoiding contact. They were on the other side of the street. About 4 months after that, she would get nervous when I was in the area. She would try to avoid me by walking very closely behind someone to avoid contact as we walked by each other. Now, it's 1.5 years since the last time I took her class and I need another class that she is teaching for my major. Should I take her class or another class?

if you know the teach re enough, getting a good grade might be easier, since you know what to expect. i think if you went this route though you may want to clear up things with them before class, so that it does not affect either of you.

i crushed on a teacher once, because she was really beautiful, so it kept me going to class everyday. i got a C in the class at the end, but hey i had the best attendance!
