You're surprised they lack an option for the old & married crowd? Around here anything old enough to legally buy beer is getting pretty old.

Something else... I'm a hybrid of two options.

I live in a flat by myself (a two bedroom apartment), but in the other half of the house are my father and stepmother.

I live with my mom currently. Being unemployed and living in one of the most expensive cities in the US doesn't help matters. But we get along though!
