I swear knees release endorphins or something when they crack. Also elbows and wrists when they do crack. Everything else is hit or miss.

I like to crack my knuckles a lot, but when I can get my neck cracked, that is rather refreshing also.

My right thumb, I crack it dozens of times a day. I don't know why but sometimes the joint feels sticky and if i bend it just right it pops and feels fine again. My lower back also...sometimes I feel pain in that area and if I lean back in the chair just right and relax it will crack and the pain is gone.

I crack my fingers the most. I like doing my knees though because if I don't then they feel weird when I walk until I do crack them. Weird.

I crack my big toes all.the.time. Strangely enough, they're just about the only joints that don't have arthritis.

I like feeling my back crack from a big, tight hug. Sadly I haven't had this happen in a handful of months.

Other than that I like bending an arm so I can touch between my shoulder blades and feeling the pop of my shoulder or elbow. This usually happens in the shower.
