I rarely download music online but that doesn't exclude me from the category of people that do. I usually do on odd occasions when I'm not able to get an album/song I want that I'm really into in a reasonable amount of time. Also, in cases when I owned the album previously & then lent it to someone & lost it. Then if I miss some songs I'll look them up. I usually have to reinstall Limewire every time I download as I purposely remove it so as not to use it too often. I'm a musician so I support the buying of albums plus I personally like owning albums, having the CD jackets, etc

No, I do not. I'm strongly against downloading music illegally. It's okay if it's legal, but I don't do it. I like having the artwork and everything else that comes with it.

Lately, I don't even buy cds anymore. I much prefer the sound of vinyl. Cds and digital downloads sound too sterile to me.

I used to record songs off the radio onto cassette tape, *****es!

I'm an OP (Original Pirate). Not like these punk kids today with their interwebs, youtubes, and their insync eyepods.

I better plead the fifth on that. MC DP's posse is pretty dangerous.

I only have a limited amount of money coming in, and I'm a huge music fan. So what do I do? I buy the physical cds of the bands/singers that I am hardcore fan of. I download the rest by... other methods.

I'll usually ask for albums that I don't have for holidays, and when I get them, I delete the offensive downloads, and load in the purchased album. So, eventually I'll pay for it all, well, maybe not all. Some music I like, but I don't think it's worth buying just because I 'kind of' like it.

Yes, illegally. Although I usually end up getting a real copy instead though because it's nigh impossible find proper lossless copies of some stuff and MP3s just don't cut it.

I tend to buy individual tracks from iTunes, though I used to use less legitimate sources.
