Which of these horror movie characters do you think is the creepiest/scariest?

Options are in the order they appear on the attached image. I just slapped the pictures together, so don't expect a work of art here!

And if movie characters don't creep you out or scare you, vote for the one you'd least want to run into in real life

I had to choose other.. I think the creepiest movie creature was that baby-eating thing in Pan's Labyrinth.

Not necessarily the scariest, but the one I that perhaps disturbs me the most is the tracheotomy-cenobite from Hellraiser.

The little girl from ringu(the ring) was creepy.
Most of those guys aren't creepy to me.

..In my defense, I did say "of these"!

I went with Chucky. I remember watching "Child's Play 2" while sleeping over at a friend's house when I was around 9 years old. We had to stop the movie because we were so freaked out. Since then, the whole "living doll" thing has really creeped me out. Not as bad as it was though - I just watched all five Child's Play movies and got through 'em fine (really, they were more amusing than scary).
