I don't know about you guys, but when I get depressed, I find that becoming a recluse and listening to music helps clear my head and forget about my SA for just a little bit.

Personally, I like listening to really sad crap. What do you like listening to when you're SA has you down?

I listen to the album "Help!" by the Beatles. Listening to any Beatles albums cheers me up, but for some reason that one is my go-to comfort music when I'm depressed.

I do the same thing. I have a playlist of songs just for when im in that REALLY dark place. Mostly hip hop though. Just msg me if u want it

Killswitch engage sad music makes me well sad. Sad tired weak and then i start too feel sorry for myself which = bad things so hard metal music is the way too go

Sigur Ros, William Fitzsimmons, Explosions in the sky, Sufjan Stevens, etc.

Mostly instrumental stuff. Makes me reflect on life and put me into a trance, lol.
