Racing heart
Flushed face
Occasionally clearing my throat
Insomnia (I've been told this is a symptom...)
Pausing oddly in sentences when I talk (not...exactly stuttering...but it...happens).
Mumbling

And lately for some reason I'm having trouble breathing. Like my throat closes up. I also have been getting very dizzy and light headed. Since there's nothing physically wrong with me I'm sure it has to do with anxiety...which is strange because my stress levels have largely been lower than normal and usually my anxiety gets worse when I'm under stress.

Occationally my heart rate might speed up when I feel the pressure to talk. If I'm talking during a presentation my hands and voice will start shaking. But thankfully nothing too bad.

My blood pressure and pulse (when REALLY anxious) skyrocket.

Trouble sleeping. It can take 2 hours to fall asleep and I usually wake up every other hour.

I kind of space out a little get really quiet and may possibly stutter here and there when I speak.

I haven't really left my house and done a whole lot of major socializing with people I don't know so I haven't been able to keep track of my physical symptoms that show.

-shaking
-can barely speak, cannot project my voice
-chest gets red and blotchy. I am forced to either wear turtlenecks or scarves to cover this up, unfortunately this only works in the colder months. The worst thing about this happening is that the fear of my chest getting blotching actually makes it blotchy. So embarrassing. One lady asked me if I had chicken pox once!
-heart pounding out of my chest
-mind goes crazy and cannot focus. I go into a daze almost and can barely speak my thoughts esp. if I do something that I felt was embarrassing. All I will do is focus on that wrongdoing.
- It is like i go mute or something. I have a hard time expressing myself.
-face turns beat red
-dizzy feeling

Avoiding people any way possible like not leaving home and only leaving for nourishment through a drive thru, does that count as one? FYL?

FML!

Tunnel vision
Feel fainty
Very sweaty fast
Shakiness hard to stop
Clench jaw tight
Mouth chattering ( if open)
Get paranoid. Think people are staring at me.
Then this makes me angry at them.
Migrain later
Exhausted feeling
