I guess its my turn now.... I went from 255 lbs to 180 ish a couple years ago, and at a standstill weighing 185. Think I'm going to start cycling or something again, I need to loose about another 20 lbs. Still hate the mirror

Umm...physically I like my eyes and smile a lot and I get a lot of compliments on them. I also like my body shape...in fact I wouldn't change a lot if I could in terms of physical looks. On the inside, I like that I am stubborn when it comes to things I've learned to be right and sticking with what I believe in thru really hard times and I've had some extremely hard times due to my family. I like that I stand up for people when I see them mistreated and I stand up for my moral convictions and my SA doesn't hold me back from speaking my mind when I feel the need to do so. I like my art, even though I have to look at stuff to do it, I'm awesome

haha....I like that I can be myself even when others don't like who I am and I don't try to change to "fit in" with anybody in stupid trivial matters like fashion, music etc....hmm, ultimately I like who I am, I just get sad that I'm not seen for that due to SA, depression and my family issues. Also, another really cool thing about me imo(and this is very true)is I'd prefer a video game as a gift over diamonds/jewelry anyday

i like it that you're sneaking these threads into the frustration forum, haha.

i like my ability to make negatives into positives - a skill i think is important for overcoming SA.

Your welcome...Thanks for the compliment. If I have the courage I'll post a pic in a couple of weeks lol, never have on the internet, I'm too self conscious. Maybe it'll be my next short term goal. Hope I don't break the digital camera when it flashes.

Thats great illlaymedown. Being able to speak your mind is something you should be proud of, its one of those traits that many of us with SA can't do when the going gets tough.
