Default what do you do if you want to cry but tears wont come ???

really wanna cry now , my chest feels heavy i can feel it in my eyes but its like waiting on the edge , tears won't fall .

what to do ?
i need to vent !!

If I get overly depressed I just fall asleep. Feel a lot better after getting up.

Play some music that'll make you more emotional. Sometimes it's better to make yourself more sad and cry than to try and make yourself feel better.

I hope your doing alright man, its definetely healthy to let it out though.. but then you really have to see everything that brought you to that point in a more positive light. Breathing techniques aswell as meditation works well for me. I recommend EFT tapping too that can really help to release negative emotion.
