Breath it out - deep breaths hold it, breath out slowly
Can you go for a walk

If I get overly depressed I just fall asleep. Feel a lot better after getting up.

Breathe, breathe in the air.

Don't be afraid to care.

This is for all the lonely people
thinking life has passed them by
Don't give up until you drink from the silver cup
And ride that highway in the sky
This is for all the single people,
thinking love has left them dry
Don't give up until you drink from the silver cup
You'll never know until you try

Play some music that'll make you more emotional. Sometimes it's better to make yourself more sad and cry than to try and make yourself feel better.

Hey forex, you're gonna do just fine, don't worry.
Remember, it's just a stupid interview, nothing more.
Also, we're rooting for you

I hope your doing alright man, its definetely healthy to let it out though.. but then you really have to see everything that brought you to that point in a more positive light. Breathing techniques aswell as meditation works well for me. I recommend EFT tapping too that can really help to release negative emotion.

Type out everything your feeling here or write it down on a paper and burn it. Forget about making logical sense or whatever just pour it all out.
