Default The worst day of the year

New years eve.....What do you think you'll be doing?

Since I haven't really made a close group of friends once again for the year, it's looking like it'll be another night spent at home....Not looking forward to this day...as well as a few days before and after it when people are discussing it.

I'm not even thinking that far ahead. I've never gone out for New Year's and unless I decide to head south to see my best friend, I'll probably be here at home.

For me, New Year's Eve isn't nearly as hard to get through as Thanksgiving or Christmas.

In all honesty, I'm trying really hard not to think about holidays... period

Since this will be the first Christmas and New Year's without my father, it will have an especially sad mark to it. I know that Christmas will be extremely hard for my stepmom, since I will be spending time with my mom - she turns 60 Christmas Day.

She said she is coming down for Thanksgiving, though. If they have a family get-together, I may go up .

My sister's supposed to be coming downf ro Christmas, so I'm hoping she'll still be here come new years. Otherwise I'll just be at home, bored with my parents.

Either at work or sitting at home, both equally miserable. Well being at work would be more miserable for obvious reasons. I ****ing hate NYE, just makes me sad. I have no one.

I haven't even decided what to eat for supper. Who knows what will happen three months from now?

I'll duck and cover. The neighbors will be shooting their guns and I wouldn't dare get out on New Years Eve unless I was dying. Anyway I wouldn't be too concerned about what you'll be doing. Just take it as it comes. You may be surprised.

I'll probably spend it with my mum, which I'm quite happy about really.
