Social Anxiety Support

Ok so i have been diagnosed with panic disorder along with severe social phobia. i am currently taking 2mg of xanax xr 3 times a day. long story short it took me years to get on a benzodiazepine to finally get the relief i need. i'm 16 years old with a history of drug abuse which of course complicates things. and to top it all off my parents are getting divorced. my dad is happy with me on the benzos my mom is not and is taking me to see a different psychiatrist. i have tried cognitive behavioral therapy and have just recently gotten back to checking my automatic thoughts and changing them to positive ones etc. basically i'm just scared ****less that i wont be able to get my benzos. i know i dont actually NEED the medication. but my life was a complete **** hole without them...i do not abuse my medication unless i need an immediate relief and cannot get out of a panic attack thru diversion techniques etc. in which i chew up a 2mg extended release tab. idk. i guess i just needed to vent. im so confused.

i cant get benzos either, im 18 so once i get a new job ill get what i want

I'm sorry what does that have to do with anything? And from what you said to me before about benzo's you don't need them you abuse them and smoke chronic(which i dont disrespect) i love weed but i quit b/c it made my anxiety 10x worse. i am a total mess without my xanax im looking for a comfort here that my xanax xr wont be taken away from me! bc i know the court decides what is best during a divorce...or after...or whatever...idk...im confuseed
