Stupid road salt in the winter. It really takes the toll on vehicles here. I had to get the sway bar links, ball joints, front wheel u joints, and the left brake caliper replaced due to salt corroded everything up. My dad also had to get the same thing fixed on his truck. They never used so much road salt until the state took over from the county doing the roads here. With the constant lake effect snow squalls the salt makes things worse. It turns the roads into oatmeal. All they need is to plow constantly, but their answer is salt the heck out of everything. This is after spending over $300 getting the two cats fixed, and spending $80 to get the sewer pipe snaked.
