If you feel able to , post your frustrations with SA on youtube and just put social anxiety in the tag box , that way only people with SA will be watching your videos.

Was that a medical condition with the shaking or just some random thing that he did? I found it hilarious because it was so random, but I'll feel bad if it was something else.

lol I'm pretty sure it was all just an act. At least I hope so.

I think he's trying to make a point that some people take SA too seriously and need to lighten up and see the humorous side of things. Or maybe he was acting goofy on purpose as some type of exercise.

This is your second thread advocating SA YouTubing, do you put up SA videos? I've only today uploaded my 4th SA video (link in Sig).
