Please Help :) Cant tell my mum

Hi all, i just had a thought that maybe some one could please email my mothers email an article about SAD maybe it could help her to see my struggle because try as i might I just cant tell her. I cried last night just thinking of trying. She really would just think its a bunch of nonsense. If even this email does not help then my god a doctors diagnoses will. Please message me for the email if anyone thinks they can help.

Have you thought of maybe writing a letter to your mother?

Print out a letter and mail it to the house, she will read it and wonder what the fudge is going on, then sign your name at the bottom.

Its a thought, im getting a bit anxious just thinking about doing that cause im afraid she wont believe me. Maybe i should go back to my doctor

I'm going to go ahead and talk from experience here.

Convincing those closest to you is often the hardest thing to do. What you should do is be mature and serious about this. Sit down with her and say it straight out, and be prepared for her to deflect the issue.

Also, give her a bit of slack. Dont expect miracles from her the first time you talk to her. While it has taken you some time explain it to her, it may take her some time to fully comprehend or accept. What is important is that she sees your sincerity.
