Default Painkillers would be nice.

For some reason, the middle of my back is extremely sore. When I'm standing up and walking around, it feels like my back muscles are really tight like they are flexing the entire time. This causes me to not being able to breathe normally along with the pain that goes with it, and I end up having to compansate with shorter breaths.

The worst is if I'm sitting in one spot for awhile like lying down and then I decide to get up. The pain is so bad that I can barely stand, and I have to lean on something to take the pressure off my back so I can breathe again. It only lessens if I stand for awhile, so I guess my back muscles get used to that position. I'm dreading going to sleep, because I know tomorrow I'm gonna have to wake up and get out of bed.

Default

If you haven't already, take some ibuprofen, it works wonders, I've had pain killers and muscle relaxers for my back and they barely dent the pain, but I'd alternate ice and and heating pad, if you don't have a heating pad just put some rice in a sock and microwave it, and take some ibuprofen. If that doesn't help you should consider seeing your doctor if you can, they might be able to get you into a chiropractor or physical therapy.

I hope you feel better soon.
