Sounds like generalized anxiety. Making progress can be maddeningly slow, I know how frustrating that can be. I try to focus on the small achievements I have made, becuase there was a time I had nothing positive to hold on to.

Generalized anxiety sounds like a likely candidate to me too.
I know how frustrating it is to work so hard for so little result.
