Default I Love Myself

Other than the title of this thread, I have never typed, spoke, or even thought that statement. I honestly don't think I ever will because I've been called ugly and stupid my entire life, so all these negative thoughts are permanently installed in my brain.

Have any of you uttered this rare sentence?

Here I was expecting a narcissistic post, lol. Anyway, no I haven't. I struggle with even liking myself, at the best of times. Sometimes I feel comfortable with myself.. but not a lot.

hmmm..can't think of a time i did, but i'm not sure how much a person can actually hate themself as in not care..even people who say they hate themselves still take care of their body and everything and are concerned about their own comfort..perhaps it's more of an intense dislike rather than hatred..

I do love myself, and I have agoraphobia and SAD. People always called me ugly and stupid, too. Here's the way I look at it: Nobody gives a crap about me, so that means I have to love myself. If I don't, nobody else will. Everyone deserves love, no matter what. Self love is the toughest, yet MOST important type of love. So what if the world hates you? If you love yourself, that no longer matters.
Another thing. Since I have this disorder SAD and agoraphobia, everyone tells me I have little or no belief/confidence in myself. What I REALLY don't have belief/confidence in is other people, the world. They're/it's tearing itself apart anyway.

I've told myself i love myself (in my head) i've also told myself i hate myself

Sometimes i think i'd like to go back in time just so i could hug myself
