I hate the sound of laughter!

I sound like a lot of fun, don't I?

But what I mean is any time I'm outside and hear people laughing for unconfirmed reasons, I just get really irritated and cringy. Even though most times, it's probably not directed at me, it makes me feel bad anyway. I guess that's what happens when you've been laughed at enough times.

But it's fine when I know why people are laughing as long as it's not at me! You know, like when jokes are told amongst friends and what not! I'm not that much of a grouch!

Anybody else feel the same way?

Yeah I'm pretty sure in real life, if I ever met you, I'll eventually make you laugh...

I didn't say I don't find anything funny or that nobody should have fun. :c

I'm just saying hearing random people laughing when I'm outdoors makes me feel annoyed and anxious, because of the fear that I'm being laughed at for looking like a turd.

I knew people would take me the wrong way. I shouldn't have posted.

I tend to get irrationally angry when I hear people laughing repeatedly. Especially if they happen to laugh like hyenas. Double angry if what they're laughing over isn't even remotely funny.

Yes, I'm a ball of joy.

I understand what you mean. When you are used to people laughing at you, and then you hear people laughing, its a trigger to those unpleasant situations you were in. I think your more acutely aware of it when your alone.
