Default I hate being the quiet person in between two talkative people

It's been like this all my life. Teachers in early elementary school used to use me as a "buffer" because they would sit me in between two friends to stop them from talking. I was reminded of this again today when I was in line at a school career fair... ughh... Sometimes I'll just ask them if they want to switch seats (if in a class) or trade places in line. I just can't stand the pressure, and I usually just end up bogging down the conversation... ah well. life goes on.

I hear ya... I used to be the "buffer" in school as well.

I just roll with life as it hits me in the face, eventually it's not so painful... Yet it always seems to hurt me one way or another.
