I don't think any sensible person would take a card that seriously; if they do then it's their problem, not yours.

I don't think you have anything to worry about. You did say he has a sense of humor about such things, and cards like this are pretty obviously meant to be jokes. Even if there's truth in it, the card jokingly makes it clear you appreciate him for that.

I don't think there'll be any hard feelings.

Your dad laughed so he liked the card and enjoyed the joke. It is only a big deal if it's bothering you. Give it a bit more time. If it is still bugging you then you could mention it to him and just checked to be sure he wasn't offended by the card. Your dad knows you care about him and that's what counts.

All I can ever find are the mushy cards. "You are the most special person to me, our time together is precious. Of all the dads in the world, I'm glad I got you." That type of crap. 80% of the rack is always full of those cards, so I imagine people must go for that cheese..? I always go for the humor cards.. I imagine the mushy ones would make everyone extremely uncomfortable.. LOL

I'm sure it's fine, like the others said. Any time you shower someone with heartfelt compliments, a lighthearted joke to defuse the mood is kind of expected. No big.
