Default Do you think you need to GAIN weight to gain confidence to overcome SA?

This is a question for those SA sufferers that were skinny the whole time, and that have severe SA, and that think that gaining weight will make them more confident. I just don't think there are any of those types of sa sufferers out there, but this question will answer that question in the poll.... thanks in advance for your vote.

I've already done it, put on weight and abit of muscle, but nah its done nothing for my SA. I thought if i had put on weight and got somewhat muscular that my SA would subside, it didn't

It has helped with my self image though and gave me slight confidence to do some things.

When did being lean become a bad thing?

Way back in the prior century I had bullies who assured me on a daily basis that being fat was really bad. This was back in the day before being fat was the norm in America. I wonder if today's bully -- who's likely obese -- can manage to say "Hey, look at the fat kid" when it seems that one now needs to be considerably more specific as "the fat kid" could describe so many.
