i dont know....im just gonna tell you what works for me sometimes.....like, i just think that you have to be willing to be able to talk at anytime, like just think of whats in front of you and be ready to say somethin, and if you have something to say, say it.....i do this sometimes and its like i forget about my anxiety, its not perfect, but it helps me....i try to just put everything behind, i never forget about it, but i act like i do, and i think thats what we gotta do....we gotta act, like, just be someone else, be who you really wanna be at that moment, you wanna talk, do it, you wanna listen, do it....do whatever you want....

i dont know if im ramblin....but when i start talking to people, i start feeling better sometimes.....i dont know....i hope i helped you somewhat....but i hope you start feeling better......

I am the same...go to classes, have a job, group assignments, etc. I am constantly surrounded by people and interacting with them. I guess something about us just makes it hard to go further down the rabbit hole and actually form meaningful friendly or romantic relationships. Lack of initiative on our part mixed with subpar social interaction skills is probably a big part of it. Sorry to hear you are in a similar boat.

i dont know about others, but i also have same feeling as yours, what i do is just ignore my feelings and do what im suppose to do, focus on improving skills and having fun, if ppl like me and treat me well, great, we can be friends and have fun together and care about each other, if they dont, who cares, i can still live my life perfectly fine even if i have to be alone. lol i assure you there are plenty of nice friendly people in this world, and the most important thing is, we are the one we can rely on. we are the creater of our happy lives not anyone else, they are just sharing our lives. i hope you can feel better as days go by. *hug*
