when i think about my stage frights it made me sick , every time i m on stage to play guitar my fingers begin to tremble and sweat and my mind goes blank so i don't remember what to play..and if i want to sing my voice becomes like like disconnected and shaky like 200 years old grandparent..thats so freaking embarrassed

I used to, more in terms of doing oral reports to large-ish groups. After some college classes taught me to be confident, focused and mentally and physically prepared for nearly anything that could happen, I don't have stage fright. If I screw something up, I laugh it off or crack a joke.

I actually had to be in a play for my Musical Appreciation class in college. Luckily I didn't have any lines but it was still torture to go out on a stage in front of over 100 people.
