Anyone else a prisoner of their own house?

I rarely go outside, and sometimes I want to just go for a solitary walk or something. But I can't because people will ask why I'm leaving the house and make a big deal out of it, so I just don't go out.

It's a vicious circle...

You want to go out for a walk...perfectly normal.
Other people getting upset about you wanting to go for a walk...weird.

I think you should tell them to stop acting weird or better yet, don't bother talking to them and just go out and enjoy a walk, some fresh air and depending on where you live, the sun on your face
