I wasn't home... the website shows that delivery attempt was made, and that it is now waiting in the Post Office, available for pick up... Only the mailman didn't leave me a pink slip, that I need to pick it up... Can I pick up a package with just a tracking info, without much talking ? Coz, like, I'm afraid to talk to them and explaining about why I don't have a pink slip... Everyone in line will be staring at me... and I'm very nervous when it comes to talking in the presence of large groups...

You can email them at usps.com They have a section for re-deliveries, but I'm not sure if you can do that without the code from the slip. =/ It's worth a shot anyway.
Btw, are you actually russian? Cause I am too lol, I come from the distant land of Cyberia |

Hey Some russian guy.
I would say, hey, Can you please have a look for any packages for 'address', I have one waiting. They may ask for what it is. Box, parcel so on, so they know where to look. but that should be about it. |
