I found this to be quite an inspiring story - it's not about SA as such, but it has some parallels:

I understand exactly how she feels when she says, "‘I may have the physical presence of an older woman, but inside I’m still a teenager', ‘I’m naive, idealistic and romantic – a disastrous combination! And the world of relationships still scares the life out of me'".
