Lightbulb So ... I volunteered. now what ?

Many of you say your anxiety makes you say no quickly. Well for me its the opposite, to avoid comfrontations, i usually just say yes, its become somewhat of a habit. So here I am sitting on the train, from college, and this girl turns to me and says "are you interested in helping plan to college graduation ball this year"

Before I knew what was happening I said, "sounds like fun" next thing I know, she is writing down my number in a little notebook.

Well, there's no way I can avoid the ball now
I know deep down that backing down from this will only feed my S.A.

Here's to hoping I won't be dateless on said november night.

p.s. the girl that asked me to volunteer, is my friend's girlfriend.. so that angle is not an option

Yay sounds cool! Good for you for saying yes and knowing that backing down won't help your SA. Have fun planning and attending the ball
