Default Positive Distractions?

I'm on a posting spree today. What do you look forward to? Do you plan out things you're going to do as a reward for doing something to take your mind off a day's stress? A tranquil setting somewhere nice and quiet where you can read a book? or watch a movie you've been anticipating? or visiting someone? Etc..
I'm trying to ease my feelings of pain by giving myself little rewards throughout to look forward to positively. It really takes the depression away if i just take some time to think about exciting things. It's all about distractions/focus, productivity! The mind becomes depressed when you do 'nothing', because we, humans are made for movement and being around others, communicating, it always helps to associate yourself with positive people, but to also be good to yourself, treat yourself, make life 'spicier' i guess...Each day is a clean slate of new positive potential, think about it, and don't look back, or look too far ahead, like i catch myself doing, REALLY not good for depression.
I'm really avid on conquering my depression and anxiety around others, so i'm constantly thinking of ways and oppurtunities to be happy and 'let go' of this emotional baggage. Any tips?
