This should also include beats that you make up on the spot from the environment. Foe example, if I'm working near a loud machine, even the washing machine, and there is no music around, I'll some how manage to find a beat or rhythm to the noise of the machine which will stick until something better comes a long. This most often happens when I am either bored or nervous. |

I do that with washing machines too.
I'll go through days without listening to anything and my mind will become quiet. Right now though I have a Beatles song playing in there. I've been digitizing tapes for my folks and I think the Beatles were playing when I fell asleep last night. |
