Default How do you deal with stress/anxiety in a more positive way?

Well, I am doing better with my social anxiety and what I am really working on is my anxiety in general at work. At one point I was worrying over every little thing during training with this new position. My therapist gave me a book that talks about REBT. You know where you focus changing irrational thoughts to more rational ones and working on taking things a day at a time and not worry over something tommorrow. I struggle a lot at work with keeping positive which I have to say things have gotten better. I just can't stand the thought of making a mistake in front of others. First thing Im working on is changing my thoughts to more positive ones and it helps especially at work. Do any of you struggle with stress at work and do you use certain types of therapy to help you cope?
