Default Why does it feel like I have forgotten how to talk?

I am a 21 year old (just turned 21 today 09-29-2009) and I havent had a job since last november and this is my second time going without a job for like a year and I have never worked at a place for a full year and I was a loner in school kinda I had friends they were just all older then me and I lost contact with them once they graduated. So when I went a year without a job I wasnt interacting with people and I was just watching tv and thats it and helping my mom with her cleaning business and I get self-conscious easy and I felt so embarrassed and ashamed from not having a job and it was hard for me to go out in public but anyways ever since then I have never been able to talk normal almost like I have forgotten how to talk and I became real depressed because of it and I have depression medication and a social anxiety pill I take before going to interviews but it doesnt help because it's I just cant talk and I need college bad but how can I ever get a job if I cant talk and cant pass the interview. Was just wondering if anyone has this same problem and what it could be? If I could have a menatl disability that went unnoticed or wasnt caught earleir in life?

I think its the shallow breathing, but I have no idea. I have the same problem myself.
