Default Other causes of panic attacks

So I have always had sa, but recently I've been getting panic attacks when talking to people which I have not had a problem with before(unless I had to give a speech). I was thinking maybe some underlying cause is making the regular anxiety I have suddenly turn into panic attacks, any ideas? I really don't want to have to start taking benzos daily but I can't stand them anymore! I smoke pot sometimes, but not sure if thats causing it because I used to smoke all the time without getting panic attacks....I've heard hypoglycemia and food allergies can cause them, help?

I know I'm more prone to anxiety and panic attacks when I'm sleep deprived. I get stressed out more easily.
Apparently alcohol, cigarettes, and caffeine can also contribute to panic attacks.

I found this link, it has some useful information on it.

I probably have panic attacks more often than I realise.
