A lot of times it feels like i'm just an invisible entity flying around earth without a human body, and that there is no me. Sounds weird, lol. I believe it's depersonalization. When i'm around people, I have a hard time thinking about what to say. I think "Should I say this or that. Should I change my body language, facial expressions, tone of voice, etc", and I think all this worry has left me confused about how to be a person.

I can relate to the identity confusion.
As of now, I go back and forth on my sexuality, wondering if this way or that way will make me a better person, or what is the 'right' way to be? Sometimes when I'm having a bad day, I wear a pair of fake glasses, dress different and pretend to be someone else. It helps to change realities for a little bit. And maybe it that doesn't represent progress, but it's a coping mechanism. |
