Default Having a lot of nightmares, and fear.

I have so many nightmares each time I sleep, even when taking 30 minute naps. Sometimes it seems so real, and im not sure if it really happened or not. Im getting confused and paranoid. My doctor prescribe abilify for that..and it hasnt work yet..anyone else get this? I hate it...and I dont want to believe it!

I have social situation nightmares where what I'm really paranoid about becomes blatantly true.

I get it when coming off the nardil. Vivid nightmares. But apprently, that's part of the side effects coming off it. However, when I was younger, I had nightmares almost every night. And it was usally about demons, hell and ghosts. Dunno why though.

I have nightmares too. Went through a scary zombie phase last year. This year I've had lots of natural disaster nightmares. Have had a few zombie-natural disaster hybrids actually. Also have those social nightmares. One theme is my psych being evil, yelling at me and saying things like 'everything bad you think is true'. Subconscious, you lack subtlety!
It isn't bad for me though, I can distinguish reality and the fear usually goes away upon waking. In a way I enjoy the adventures.. Would be scary for them to creep into your waking life like they have for you not sure how you can stop them.. Wish you luck.
