I also wear glasses, so I jump everytime I see a dark spot without my glasses. I tend to see things in the courner of my eyes and I jump, but after a second glance, what I saw wasn't there. Is this a sympton of social anxiet??? |

I always see things out of the corner of my eye, mostly bugs, and I think my dad said he does too, so I don't think that part is social anxiety related. I might also mention that I am very paranoid and can't stand bugs at all.
I'm not so sure about the shadows and dark figures though. |

It could just be due to paranoia. I often see shadows out of the corner of my eye. I have a friend who is schizo-affective and she has experienced vivid hallucinations, and from her descriptions, I don't think what I experience is anything to worry about. If you're really concerned, you can always ask your doctor, or look it up online.
