Are you in therapy? You are obviously very distressed. If you're not in therapy I would recommend starting it.

Also - do you belong to a board for sufferers of OCD? Such a board may have members that are more supportive. Everyone here has SA, but not everyone here has OCD.

I'm starting to take meds for the anxiety(proscribed, not self medicated). I'm also in therpy, though I'm in sorta break from it since the insurence company isn't covering me right because I wasn't making enough progress. Also, even people with ocd don't even understand how bad my fears are. I don't know, maybe I just went to a bad forum for it.

If you guys know of any good anxiety forums, I'll check them out.

Someone already told me about this one:
http://forums.stuckinadoorway.org/

I've gotten banned from this one for having too much anxiety crazilly enough:

I think you should stick around.

Everyone around here is different and it is the mix that does it (in my opinion). We dont have anyone like you.

For some reason I am pretty sure that you are not a troll. But it would probably help if you started posting in others' threads to make youself known a little better and to build up some contacts.

Have you looked into any self-help workbooks? Doing a workbook and the exercises recommended along with therapy and medication could be very helpful, if you haven't tried already. The Anxiety and Phobia workbook provides tools/ideas helpful for OCD and other anxiety disorders.

Yeah. He seems like one to me too. But it would be a shock if on the news all of these things happened to you.

Maybe you could set up some kind of video camera system to make sure. I'm always afraid I'm shouting out embarrassing things in my sleep and have thought of setting up a tape recorder in the past to make sure I wasn't. I haven't done it yet, though, but it's on my To Do list.

Does anyone on this thread know how to spell the word ridiculous? Clearly not.
