Okay so I was scratching the back of my head, and I felt something weird. It sorta feel like one those pimples that get when scratch the pimple you feel it somewhere else. But there isn't a pimple in the area. btw, it felt weird around the same area. I rarely get headaches, but I do sometimes does that mean anything?

Unless you're smelling burning rubber all the time or similar its highly unlikely you have a brain tumour.
A scan is the only way to be 100 % certain, though it costs £1000+ privately.

Brain cancer would be in your brain, not on your scalp.

It's just a pimple - it wouldn't cause a headache.
I think there is some hypochondria going on here.

Most likely a pimple or a cyst. Scalp cysts are very common.
