Looks more like hypochondriasis

Medications I've tried: escitalopram, bupropion, venlafaxine, sertraline, nortriptyline, hydroxyzine, lorazepam, diazepam, temazepam, clonazepam, zopiclone, mirtazapine, trazodone, quetiapine, olanzapine, paliperidone

Currently taking: 2mg nortriptyline hs(tapering), 7.5mg-15mg zopiclone hs, 2mg clonazepam prn

Is having a dermatologist have a look at them an option? Would that calm the anxiety?

They don't look like they have changed in size. There is nothing to worry about.

They look like obsession. The tricky thing about obsession is that it doesn't give you any useful information. If you want to know what these moles signify, you will have to consult a dermatologist. We are not giving expert medical advice here.

<SIGH> Wish I could tell you how many times I have suffered through similar obsessions. Every time they turn out to be false. What gets me are things I never thought about, like high cholesterol.
