four months sober
![]() i'm kidding, i still drink caffeine every day. no ****ing way will i go off it completely. but i have cut down dramatically in the past several months. like you i used to chug a few energy drinks, and i would also drink coffee and sometimes caffeine pills every day. they would barely affect me which would make me to drink even more. i saw the doctor and she said i have mild arrhythmia and that i NEED to cut down. it was true though, at the time i would get pretty bad heart palpitations every day and it was worrisome. cutting down was absolutely brutal, i felt like a zombie and could barely function for a week. but i evened out. it also helped that i started taking Adderall for ADHD - it's a stimulant so my body seems hypersensitive to any and more than two cups of coffee or tea is too much, it affects me pretty badly and i just get way to many unpleasant effects. it definitely worsens my anxiety. so it has surprisingly scared me away from energy drinks from now on. i sure used to love them, though... :/

I have a energy drink everyday one of the 473ml ones I find it hard to function without it. I drank the bottle rockstars for a while to they have about 320 mg of caffiene.
I have switched to sugar free chemical ones to avoid the nasty sugar crash!! I feel like having one right now but it's 11pm

I use to drink 3 pots of coffee by myself every day, have Monster Assault energy drink in the morning and a soda in the afternoon, then I was admitted to the hospital for dehydration and malnourishment (i wasn't eating at all because the coffee filled me up) and now I drink a pot of coffee a day and drink a 24 pack of soda a day so caffeine is pretty much my best friend. - thankfully once I move in to my apartment I wont be able to afford soda or much coffee so my problem will slowly deteriorate. But yeah caffeine doesn't wake me up anymore like it should.

I'm addicted to caffeine as well, usually go through a half monster a day to get through without feeling like a zombie. Now that I'm dealing with midterms, I'm slamming a ton of diet mtn dews along with the monster. Coffee flat out doesn't work for me, infact I feel worse if I drink coffee. I woke up the other day, had 2 cups of coffee and crashed within 15 minutes, so I slammed a monster, which made me feel just weird... I felt brain dead yet my body was absoutley wired, not a pleasant feeling.
