Default Are these direct anxiety symptoms? Boiling blood + stabbing pains.

I feel like this is a seperate problem from my anxiety, although it is constantly triggered by panic attacks. What happens is my skin goes bright crimson, like real red. It starts out with a prickly feeling and it gets worse and worse to the point where it feels like somebody is physically pouring boiling water straight from a kettle down my face and torso. At the same time it feels like I'm being stabbed by thousands of tiny knives all over my face and back. Half the time I break out in totally odorless sweat no matter how much antiperspirant I put on that morning.

I honestly don't know how to explain this. It feels like a horrible, agonizing itch all over my upper body and head, especially under my hair and all over my upper back. I didn't know until a few months ago that it was physically evident until my friends pointed out that I constantly go red in the face when I'm embarrassed. This happens to me at least twice a day for no reason, and is triggered by changes in temperature, after exercise and especially during anxiety attacks. I should note that this has been going on for years now, and I'm only 17. Does anybody know what this is or know anybody who's gone through it?

Edit: Another problem I get is severe shaking. My facial muscles, my head and neck and my arms and legs all shake severely around and during anxiety attacks. Is this related in any way? Sorry for the huuge post guys :S

I have this happen to me sometimes (the boiling blood, prickling skin), but I don't think that it's a result of anxiety for me. I think it's because of an allergy to dust for me.

Have you told your doctor about it?
