I honestly don't know how to explain this. It feels like a horrible, agonizing itch all over my upper body and head, especially under my hair and all over my upper back. I didn't know until a few months ago that it was physically evident until my friends pointed out that I constantly go red in the face when I'm embarrassed. This happens to me at least twice a day for no reason, and is triggered by changes in temperature, after exercise and especially during anxiety attacks. I should note that this has been going on for years now, and I'm only 17 . Does anybody know what this is or know anybody who's gone through it? Edit: Another problem I get is severe shaking. My facial muscles, my head and neck and my arms and legs all shake severely around and during anxiety attacks. Is this related in any way? Sorry for the huuge post guys :S |

I have this happen to me sometimes (the boiling blood, prickling skin), but I don't think that it's a result of anxiety for me. I think it's because of an allergy to dust for me.
Have you told your doctor about it?
