Default Obama's mad bowling skills

He bowled a 38 a week or two back. Anyone else heard about this?

Look, all I'm saying is I dunno if I want this great country being run by a man who can't even bowl 40.

Yeah, the comedians had a lot of fun with it. I'm sure it was his attempt to prove that he's in touch with the common man, similar to Hillary downing shots of whiskey with a beer chaser.

sleeknchic89, you are giving Obama far more credit than he deserves. He actually bowled a 37!

I'd laugh at his score but the last time I bowled I was like 15 years old and I don't think I managed to knock over one pin. However when I was in elementary school I belonged to a league and I think I managed something around a 97 once.

I identify more with that. My simple mind will have me vote in that direction.

It said he quit at the fifth frame, and he had a spare that wasn't counted - making it at least a 47. Even though I am not voting for him, I'd still give him the benefit of the doubt.

I noticed Mr. Letterman didn't have a quote on that article. THat's probably I watch him more than Leno "Mac Tonight" and Kimmel.

Oh, man, I was all excited that finally there was someone who was a worse bowler than I was. But if he quit halfway through and didn't count a spare, then I'm still a worse bowler than he is. I think the best I've ever done is a 62.

I hate bowling.

Have a nice day,
Kelly

I know some comedian made a joke about Hillary trying to top him with "redneck bowling" (knocking down pins with gunshots ).

Which is counterproductive. The whole point of appointing somebody to lead a group of people is that he's well above the "common man".

Well, we know how elitist that viewpoint is.

I guess the public wants someone who's clearly superior to them, but who isn't some snooty know-it-all intellectual who looks down his nose at those "bitter folks who cling to their guns".

When I think of the gun nuts, I picture that feller from the ending of Easy Rider.

I like elitism. I like to know that my appointed leader is an intellectual-not-it-all as opposed to an average-know-nothing.

Obviously, the system is not reflecting the wants of the people.

At least McCain admits to knowing nothing about economics, unlike Bush who appears to know only how to spend money that doesn't exist, giving us the lowest level for the US dollar since 1971.

I don't agree. The people who voted for Bush were neocon nuts, conservatives and Reagan Democrats. They're not enchanted by anyone with an I.Q. in the triple digits.

I was being sarcastic. It's obvious that the people have been getting what they deserve.

You? Sarcastic? I've been away too long.
