Get this.

one of the guys here calls in yesterday afternoon at 4pm.

Tells me he left for lunch at 12, went home to TAKE A NAP, woke up 3 hours later, and so is not coming back in to work. I've been working with this person for the last 4 years. There is nothing wrong with him. He just comes and goes when he pleases.

Gah!! </vent off>
