I think it's a great mental exercise personally. Important to actually physically draw your "SA" in prison and then reassure yourself when you are doing something anxiety provoking that the SA cannot get to you because it is behind bars.

I mean yeah it might sound a little silly, but I think it is quite clever personally. Good stuff Torlin!

A box? I wouldn't put it in a box! A box implies to me that you want to keep or store something. I would put it in a balloon and let it drift away from me and my life.

I would do a mental exercise. Close your eyes and imagine you put it in a box, shut the lid and put the box on a shelf in the garage. Or something like that

I would have a powerful witch cast a spell to put it in the box and have it wrapped up in christmas wrapping paper and be set to be unleashed to whoever opens it. I would then wait until christmas and send the "gift" to someone I hate

My SA sort of reminds me of the Pain Box from the 1984 version of Dune. I watched the movie a really long time ago when I was about 7 or 8 but didn't really understand or remember much of it at the time but this scene always stuck with me for some reason. Haven't seen it again since, don't really care to.

Feeling physical pain and discomfort because you're mind tells to be anxious and afraid of something that's not even there, being completely fine in the seemingly worst moments and fighting to stay above it.

I wish I could put it in one of these, bury it and be rid of it forever.
